At All Of OIls we take the utmost care to ensure you receive your products in wonderful condition. However, there are still times when damage to your shipment may occur. In this case we ask that you immediately contact us. We will require a photo of the damaged packaging in order to resolve the issue.
Due to the nature of our products, there are are no returns if you are not satisfied with the flavour(s) you have chosen. If we have sent a defective or incorrect item we will either refund you the full purchase price or send you a replacement. We may request that you ship us back the item in question (free shipping) and will provide the replacement or refund once it’s received and verified to be either incorrect or defective.
