Oven Roasted Cauliflower
- 1 whole head cauliflower
- 2 - 3 tbsp Metropolitan Chef Garlic Lovers Passion
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil or if you like lots of garlic try our Garlic Infused or Tuscan Herb Infused Or Gremolata Infused Olive Oils.
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons finely grated grated parmigiano reggiano cheese
Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Combine rub, oil and juice in a large bowl. Place cauliflower upside-down in bowl and work it all around to completely coat it with oil/rub mixture. Transfer to baking pan. Pour the rest of oil/juice mixture over top and rub it in thoroughly. Roast at 450 degrees F for about 25 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and sides. Serve immediately.
