Made using our amazing Japanese Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
Refreshing Sugar-Free Drinks
Mix a small amount (approx. 1 part balsamic to 10 parts water) of any of our White Flavoured Balsamics in your favourite sparkling mineral water. Makes a healthy alcohol mixer, too!
Use our Organic, Non-Dairy Butter-flavoured Olive Oil to pop your (organic, if available) popcorn. Drizzle more Butter Oil on the warm popcorn and sprinkle a little Sea Salt (or our Black Truffle Sea Salt) to taste.
Tasty Fruity Snacks
Cut some orange, mandarin or tangerine segments into small chunks. Drizzle some of our Coconut or Cara-Cara Orange & Vanilla White Balsamic and let soak for ½ hr (good over night, too). Enjoy just like that or try as a topping on your favourite Sorbet.
Strawberries from Heaven
Slightly reduce our Dark Chocolate Dark Balsamic over a low heat for no longer than 10 mins (constantly stirring). Let cool so it thickens. Line cleaned (and cut) strawberries with this reduction or dip your strawberries into it. (Works great with blueberries and raspberries, too.)
Espresso Ice Cream
Reduce (or not) our Espresso Dark Balsamic and drizzle over your favourite Vanilla Ice Cream (or Sorbet, or Yogurt).
Chicken Wings a la All Of Oils
Coat your drumettes and/or wings with any of our Flavoured Olive Oils, bread with your favourite bread crumbs (we use spelt bread crumbs), space them out on a baking sheet (on parchment paper to reduce sticking) and bake at 350 degrees for 35 – 45 mins.
Chipotle Kale Chips
Wash and dry well your Kale. Break up into bite-sized pieces and spread on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. We use one of our Olive Oil Sprayers to mist our Chipotle Olive Oil evenly over all the chips. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-15 mins. You can shake the tray and will hear when they get crispy. Sprinkle with your favourite Sea Salt and serve immediately.
Asian Kale Chips
Same method as above but instead use 2/3 of our Toasted Sesame Seed Oil and 1/3 Soya Sauce and skip the salt.
Chipotle Corn on the Cob
What isn't Chipotle Olive Oil good on though.....? Soak your Organic Corn (see accompanying link to explain why organic) in water over night in its husk. Do not peel! Place entire cob in husk on your BBQ at medium high for about 25-30 mins. Peel and spray (we use the pump sprayer we sell) with Chipotle Olive Oil. Sprinkle your favourite Sea Salt all over and enjoy immediately.
BBQ Roasted Root Vegetables
Yams, Beets, Carrots, Parsnips, Onions etc in 1/4" slices. Lay them on 1/2 length of tin foil, folding up the edges to form a rim. Sprinkle whole Garlic Cloves liberally throughout with Rosemary branches as desired. Drizzle your favorite EVOO (we like our Organic Butter for this one) over it all. Fold over the other half of the tin foil and crimp all around the edges to form a seal. BBQ at medium-low to medium, flipping once or twice, for about 15 mins. Plate, sprinkle with either our Black Truffle Sea Salt or our Maldon Sea Salt and enjoy immediately.
Arbequina Vanilla Ice Cream
Drizzle and of our Mild or Medium Intensity EVOOs liberally over the best Vanilla Bean Ice Cream you can find. Sprinkle our Maldon Sea Salt as desired. Eat as slow as you possibly can! Other ways you can try this include using our Organic Persian Lime or best of all, our Organic Butter Olive Oil, Eureka Lemon Olive Oils and even Blood Orange on Chocolate Ice Cream. If you discover a different way, let us know so we can spread the word. Up-date: Limonato Olive Oil on Haagen Dazs Limoncello Gelato with Maldon Sea Salt
Fancy French-ish Fries
Grilled Coconut Balsamic Pinapple Rings
Soak some pinapple rings (best are from a can) in our Coconut White Balsamic for 2 - 3 minutes. Grill briefly on a medium heat just until you get some grill marks on each side. Serve warm with a side of your favourite ice cream or gelato with a sprinkle of toasted coconut.
